Reservations We encourage advance reservations on all party and banquet items both to insure availability for your function and so it can be packed and checked in time for delivery or your pick-up. Reservations are firm when a deposit has been made. The amount is a percentage of the total rental charges expected. return to menu

Cancellations
All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee. If the reservation is cancelled less than 2 weeks before, 50% of the total rental will be assessed.

Delivery & Pick-Up Delivery and pick-up service is available throughout southeastern Wisconsin and northeastern Illinois. Delivery is not available for orders less than $25.00. Delivery charges are calculated through the use of the Zip Code system. Charges quoted include pick-up, deliveries to door or first floor, equipment stacked in a mutually convenient location on delivery. Upon pick-up: all items must be repacked in the same containers as delivered, tables and chairs must be folded and stacked and in the same location as delivered.

The basic delivery charges do not include: set up and take down of tables and chairs, deliveries other than ground floor, deliveries or pick-ups before or after our business hours. However, if these services are desired, arrangements must be made prior to delivery date with the special charge quoted.

Sanitization
All food service items are machine washed and sanitized by us before every use. All beds, baby needs and convalescent items are sanitized before each use according to the standards set by the Wisconsin Dept. of Labor & Industry.

The Rental Day
Rates published in our guide are "daily" rental rates or single use rates. You may pick-up your party order the day before your function, and return it the day after for a one day charge. Longer term rates are available, please call for quotes.

Cleaning Charges
All rental items must be returned clean, in particular, china, glassware, and silverware must be thoroughly washed before return. Minimum cleaning charge will be 30% of the total rental.
